Sandy’s involvement in KRM is in the area of Prayer Ministry. She has a heart for healing at all levels; ie – emotional, spiritual and physical. She is the wife of Kent Reynolds, an ordained United Methodist Minister. She has studied and trained in healing prayer under several internationally known Ministries.
She has completed three levels of teaching from Frances and Judith MacNuts School of Healing Prayer. Christian Healing Ministries, CHM, is located in Jacksonville, FL. Theophostic healing prayer and the Healing Rooms training is part of her back ground. She has also studied many books of other authors both present and past who had effective prayer ministry of various types.
Sandy and her friend, Jane Kilgo, were seeking a way to learn in-depth prayer. They believed they should be seeing more people healed than they did. In 1999, they began implementing and developing effective prayer ministry in a local church by seeking the Lord’s direction. Sandy also received a transforming healing in her own personal life. After the training of level one of School of Healing Prayer, there were many testimonies of inner healing. Miracles were witnessed. The prayer ministry continues as a strong ministry to the community.
She has also headed up Women’s Ministry in a local church in the past. And, another interest is in nutrition for healing and health.
CHM has recently invited her to be a prayer minister for an international conference for School of Healing Prayer. She was a prayer minister for a week long event with the leaders of the Catholic ICCRS group. 425 Priests, Nuns and leaders of the Catholic Church from 44 countries attended to learn about healing. The Vatican City had representatives there. Prayer ministry was offered daily where she prayed with over 80 people for healing. Many healings were witnessed for inner healing and other types of healing. One lady said she felt like there was a tight belt around her. It was hard to breathe. As the prayer ministers prayed with her, she started feeling relief and felt set free. Many lives were transformed that week. And, they took what they learned back to their home countries and parishes to help teach their people about healing prayer. Sandy periodically is a prayer minister for CHM intensive prayer weeks in Jacksonville, FL.
Sandy also ministers with her husband during the conferences where he teaches. They pray together for the needs of individuals.
Recently, Sandy lead a retreat for the spouses of the Beeson students at Asbury Seminary. They stayed at Shaker Village near Wilmore, KY. Sandy taught on Healing Prayer.
